hello to the comunitty,

  1. first of all i would like to know how can i reach the support of nextcloud ? does they have support or email or phone ?

  2. we have errors when we try to upload multiple files at the same time to our account, we try to upload from several browsers and several pc’s and the issue still exist. what can we do ?
