Error Upgrade to NC 11

+++Sorry for this bad english+++

i try to upgrade my NC to version 11.0. I installed the “old” NC 10.0.x on Plesk with native PHP 5.5.9. Because NC 11 need PHP 5.6 or higher i try this to upgrade via command line:

sudo -u www-data /opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php occ upgrade

The output is the following. What is the mistake???

Nextcloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
Nextcloud version 11.0.0
