Error: This app cannot be enabled because it makes the server unstable

when i install new apps i get the following error message. But most of them work fine. Only the Collabora Office app does not work.
What is the reason for this?

Hi,

Same issue here on NC 23 (which is marketed as being integrated with collabora) I was using onlyoffice previously without issue but since collabora is the new “default” app i wanted to test it.

I have hade the same issue with several apps. They seem to work fine though, but I’m worried if they might cause actual problems?
