Error on First Login: General Error 4047

Installed on OpenMediaVault machine in Docker, using the docker-compile script from dbtechreviews.com. Will post that below. All of the required containers are running:
nextcloud-app; nextcloud-letsencrypt; nextcloud-proxy; nextcloud-mariadb.

I get to the login page to create an admin account and set up MariaDB and get the following error:


Error while trying to initialise the database: An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 4047 InnoDB refuses to write tables with ROW_FORMAT=COMPRESSED or KEY_BLOCK_SIZE.

The docker-compose file is below. What do I have to change to resolve this error?
