Error messages in logs, can't get NC to boot at all after months of t&e

Support intro

Can’t get Nextcloud to boot after months of trial and error.

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 25.0.4.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Unraid Version 6.11.4
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): 2.4.56
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 8.2.7

The issue you are facing:
Hi Nextcloud community, I’ve on/off been trying to fix my nextcloud unraid container for some time after I randomly lost access to the container.

At this point I’ve spent a lot time trying to resolve the issue (with no success) as I had stupidly used the encryption add-on and had been letting my phone auto upload all new pictures to my nextcloud instance for quite some time and I’d love to get those photos back.

I will note that although I’m fairly techy, I won’t necessarily know what “You need to reinstall the PHP” means or things like that, and may need a bit of hand holding…

The errors I’m currently seeing are:

t Jul 08 12:49:14.274438 2023] [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 1] AH00163: Apache/2.4.56 (Debian) PHP/8.2.7 configured -- resuming normal operations
Stack trace:[Sat Jul 08 12:49:14.274498 2023] [core:notice] [pid 1] AH00094: Command line: 'apache2 -D FOREGROUND'

additionally, the most recent part of the logs read:

=> Searching for scripts (*.sh) to run, located in the folder: /docker-entrypoint-hooks.d/before-starting
==> but the hook folder "before-starting" is empty, so nothing to do

At this point, I’d be happy for instructions on how to extract and decrypt all of my encrypted files from the system. I had a pet die recently and there’s a lot of photos on there that are now really precious to me. I’ve tried following guides but had no success.

Thanks for any advice/guidance you can give me.
