Error message when accessing with Windows Client 1

I do all the procedure in the manual to install the Windows application but in the end it gives me an error.

Can somebody help me? I attach the images of the process in sequence.

I appreciate the support but I’m new to Nextcloud and to the forum and I can’t find that template you mention.
