Error message trying to access the Administration page

Hi there,

I have this 12.0.4 instance of NC installed on a shared hosting. A few applications are installed, but nothing uncommon. I want to keep it updated, but whenever I try to access the Administration page as the administrarir, I get the “Server error” message from NC. It says to have a look in the log, but doesn’t say which log specifically?

I just reproduced this error, but the /data/nextcloud.log file is 0 bytes, and last modification date is September 2017.

Could there be other logs elsewhere?
