During the update to 16.3 I get the error message above and Update stops.
Only found a hint to delete folder and file "cypress"in the apps/viewer folder manually but a search on the server did not found anything on the whole server containing cypress.
Any thoughts?

Did you search on this forum about the cypress problem ? Or on the github issue ?
You will find an answer and a solution. Normally the app update has been released and this problem should be history
You can scroll down, you have a temp fix if you want to stay on 16.0.2 or a real fix by upgrading to 16.0.4
