Error in nextcloud using truenas scale

I am getting an error in my log files that says opendir(/Nextcloud/): Failed to open directory: Permission denied at /var/www/html/lib/private/Files/Storage/Local.php#130

Every minute I get this error

Check your External Storage configuration (both personal and global).

How do I go about doing this were does the URL come from and what username and password do I use and do I have set something up. Please help thank you

I was able to get the external storage to work but I am still getting errors in my log files

The one that appears to be failing per the log is called /Nextcloud-Storage and is a Local type External Storage. Make sure to check both Personal and Administration levels of External Storage too.

I think there is a problem with my installation. When I click on the check mark next to the external storage in the admin account it says I need to authenticate with my password but if I click the nextcloud admin password it says the password is wrong and I know it is right because I log in with same password but if I type in the password, it just sits there saying confirming and does nothing. I am also having a problem with the mail server not working it will not send email. I am lost. Thank you for your help
