The issue you are facing:
The the top of a folder in Nextcloud I see the following message
Currently unable to successfully upload two larger size documents.
Wait time for one of two is 4 hours. File size = 28,227 KB; now reduced to 3 hours (19.2 remaining of 27.6 per tool)
As far as I can tell, no-one is currently trying to upload files to this folder. I have rebooted the server but the message persists. Searching on Google for this error does not seem to bring up any usefull results.
This message has persisted for several days.

Steps to replicate it:
- Login to Nextcloud and browse to the particular folder.
