Error Configure Account Mail Apps

Hi

I have try to add an account on Mail Apps but i receive this error “Unexpected error during account creation”

If i go do Admin Panel in LOG i have this error:

IMAP error synchronizing account 14: You do not have adequate permissions to carry out this operation.
