End-to-End - Restore Client Backup on Mac

I’ve lost my E2E 12-word on the Mac - Want to restore the full account information from my TimeMachine backup, but which files to restore?
The only information I found about client configuration files is this: https://docs.nextcloud.com/desktop/2.6/
Is there any space that has more information available about E2E on client side?
