End to end encryption in Nextcloud home simple provider set up

I signed up for a NextCloud provider through this sign on page under 1/ Simple Signup

  • The account was already set up and I didn’t have to download any NextCloud configuration files
  • This is NOT a self hosted or shared hosting account

However with this type of set up, am I getting end to end encryption?

For example, I signed up with the free 3GB Hostiso account. However all my files are visible and readable in the Hostiso account. I wasn’t sure if to get end to end encryption, I have to buy shared hosting and run the setup-nextcloud.php web installer or am I getting that with the storage account which is already set up?
