Encryption/Decryption

Hi Guys,

I have a fresh installation of Nextcloud cause my “old” installation was corrupt after upgrading from Nextcloud 10 to 11.
I could take a backup from all of my files via FTP. I’ve used encryption so all of my files are encrypted. How can I decrypt the files “offline” or how can I use my old files in my new Nextcloud?

For encrypted files you will need the database. So you need to repair your old installation somehow.

Or if you have all files on a client (unencrypted), start over with a new setup and upload the files again.
