Enabled twofactorauth but not configured properly now i can not logon

Hi,

I enabled thw twofactorauth app on nextcloud, but I not cofigured properly it, and now I’m unable to login, with any user to the webgui. I have acces to the cli.
I tried to add another user, not worked, I tried, to disable the app, but it said, it’s unable to disable the app.

Please help me, I can do anything what u write, just to solve this problem…

See Using the occ command.

You can:

  • Generate a one time code for your account with the Two-Factor Admin Support app
  • Disable 2FA for your account
  • Create a new account and add it to the admin group
