is it possible to enable specific apps for a group? For example if i have maps app enabled but i would only make it available for a certain group of users? That makes it possible that some users have access to more functionality then others, i’m looking for such kind of a solution.
in general its possible to enable apps for special groups.
but this option has to be implemented by the app itself. so as a matter of fact there are apps where you can’t really enable group-mode.
i dunno if maps does feature groups. but you can find out yourself. goto admin account - setup - apps and click on maps… on the right side of your screen you would be able to check a group-permission if possible.
