Empty documents in the iPhone app

I’ve had Nextcloud for a while now and also use the app on my iPhone. For the past two weeks, the documents I open in the app have been empty.
I’ve tried everything, but nothing works. The app is no longer usable. When I open my account in my phone’s browser, I have no problem. Reinstalling the app didn’t help either. Searching for a solution on Google didn’t help either.
What should I do?
