Emails not arriving on e/email

I use nextcloud storage with e/foundations e/os
since this afternoon suddenly my emails dont arrive.
some syncing problem?
Ive tried sending to my account from multiple accounts but I dont receive anything

What happened this afternoon?

You didn’t fill in the template. On top of that, do you use a dedicated mail account to send out mails? Do you send it directly (smtp) from Nextcloud, do you go through ssmtp or something (they have better logging in case of problems). If it is a dedicated mail account, the account is not blocked or anything like that?
