Edit persisting share of other user not possible any more

Hi @ll,
we are using NC 28.0.12 and the group folders app 16.0.12.
since update to NC v28 users cannot edit persisting groupfolder shares of other users.
They get the error “you are not allowed to edit incoming shares”.
Is there a way to fix this?
in NC v27 this worked without any problems.
