Onedrive already has an easy backup sync your Windows profile options.
It syncs the Desktop, Pictures and Documents. You will probably want to backup also the Favorite and appdata folder…

I don’t see the point here.
Nextcloud is not OneDrive.
Could it be a spam ?
It is an app idea not spam… why can’t you see the point… it is easy data/profile recovery every user wants…
