i’m new of Nextcloud and i have a problem with e2ee on my windows desktop app. I have enabled both e2ee plugin on my admin server and the link on the desk app, but when i try to cipher 1 empry directory it doesnt work and nothing happen. But if i try to do the same process on my android app, i am able to cipher folders. Someone have my same issue? Thanks all for reading my message.
In such cases, please communicate the version number and try to obtain some logfiles (Appendix C: Troubleshooting — Nextcloud Client Manual 3.0 documentation). Since this is a newer feature, it’s always worth checking the bug tracker as well (Issues · nextcloud/desktop · GitHub).
