E-Mails an andere Domains

Juhu,

mir ist gestern was komisches aufgefallen. Bisher habe ich es so gehandhabt das sich nur User mit einer Mailadresse anmelden registrieren können die auch von unserer Domain kommen.

Jetzt wollte ich einen „Fremdnutzer“ im Backend anlegen. Das geht soweit auch. Allerdings bekommt dieser die Willkommensmail nicht. Wenn ich sie von Hand schicken möchte, bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung das die Mail nicht verschickt werden kann.

Die Mail Einstellungen sind korrekt. Die Testmail geht raus und alle Mails innerhalb der Domain gehen auch raus. Alles an andere Domains geht nicht.

Das ganze läuft mit NC 20 auf einem Ubuntu VServer

Ich denke ohne eine PRÄZISE Fehlermeldung in Nextcloud und vom Mailserver ist hier eine detaillierte Hilfestellung hier nicht möglich. Darüber hinaus ist es vermutlich erforderlich zu wissen welche Domains EXAKT verwendet werden und welcher Server für den Versand genutzt wird.

Ich habe die E-Mail Adresse jetzt mal komplett zurück gesetzt und neu eingegeben. Jetzt gehts. Also irgendwo dort nen Fehler drin gehabt. Ist nie aufgefallen, da die Mails nur innerhalb der Domain verschickt wurden.
