Check your preview directory size and be happy 😉
I wrote about preview a bit here: [Previews / data size - #2 by gas85](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/previews-data-size/46990/2) also there is a linked information how to decrease preview folder (and may be DB) size.

Did you moved you data directory even once after installation? I have had this issue when DB was twice bigger than it should: [Files amount after moving of data directory is wrong (much bigger)](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/files-amount-after-moving-of-data-directory-is-wrong-much-bigger/57510)
