Download Server not reachable

host https://download.nextcloud.com/, in detail download of https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-19.0.4.zip is not possible, getting 404, 501 timeout errors or network is not reachable from different ISP and server locations.

wget says it’s connected but then after a short while it goes away. Do you or your ISP (Hetzner) have problems?
