Downloads button not showing for user
Is the download option available if you click on the three dots on the right?
Then there has been some reference with NC25 (without real conclusions): Context-Menu: File "Download" missing
If it is a shared file/folder, there is an option for the person who shares the file/folder to hide the download button.
Another reason may be an “External Storage” or “Re-Sharing”, where this may be prohibited. Check the admin settings.
Thank you for your response! I did share the file, giving the user full editing permissions. The download button does not show clicking on the three dots
