Double-clicking folders in Nextcloud sync triggers "Always keep on this device" instead of opening

Hello,

I have a question regarding the double-click behavior on my Windows 10 PC running the latest version of the Nextcloud Desktop Client.

I am using Nextxloud for a large folder (around 800 GB) to sync with virtual file support enabled. The problem I’m encountering is that when I double-click a folder within the Nextcloud directory, it triggers “Always keep on this device” for that entire folder instead of simply opening it.

Also, in the right-click context menu, “Always keep on this device” appears in bold, which I assume means it’s currently set as the default action.

Is there any way to change the default double-click behavior

to “Open”, so that folders open normally without triggering a sync download?

Thank you very much in advance!

For anyone who wants to know… i had to create a Win 10 USB and reinstall Windows with the option to keep all files to fix the issue…
