Does OS Antivirus like Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux prevent upload of infected files

we already deployed nextcloud inside our organization LAN , we deploy antivirus on ubuntu as os antivirus [Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux ] , but regarding to prvent users from uploading bad files or infected files dose this is enough or we need to deply file antivirus ClamAV and if we do so and deply ClamAV do we need to keep OS antivirus or remove it , i mean dos they work with each others without affecting each otheror decreas performance ?

i found that OS antivirus can protect but it will not inform endusers if some files blocked or deleted
the best way is to use file antivirus application and integrate it with kaspersky scan engin but you have to buy KSE license
