hello guys, i add external email account (mymail@vk.com) i have problem when try open folder where have 500-1k email they dont show it and dont download it

how fix it?

I just did a quick search for vk.com emailaddresses… and they seemingly didn’t work at all until recently. I found a posting from Oct, 15th telling what to do to make it work, finally.

yeah, i make password from webmail, i can read another email folder like spam they show me all email good, but when folder have 300-500-1000 email they stuck and dont show me.
well maybe you just need to wait a certain while until all emails are scanned by the system?
i wating 1h but dont finish, and at log have error i show it at first massage
yes… but as it is a picture only nobody can access the whole text of the message… so it’s hard to understand. Plus: my russian isn’t good enough to find out what the first russian word means. What kind of error is that? Fatal? Warning? Info?
So please copy & paste the whole errormessage to here (you can access ist with the arrow down button right next to the message you posted above).
plus: if it was a general error it would occur again and again… but apparently the system is still scanning and you see more and more emailmessages.

for me that looks like the routine can’t access the phishing-directive for some reason.
But this shouldn’t be a major problem…
So if the problem doesn’t solve itself by time I think it could be a misconfiguration somewhere or even a possible bug
