Does Nextcloud server run on Apple's M4 chip computers, e.g. on a new Mac mini?

But does this include the Apple hardware coming with M1, M2 or M4 cpus?

It seems that the mac mini m4 does not consume much energy and I’m thinking about using it as a nextcloud server and hold my videoconferences (Talk app) with it. Or is there another way of installing a nextcloud server on a mac mini 4 than the AIO version?
