I just happened to get the error on my NC, everything worked fine until today. I run the latest channel of Nextcloud AIO v9.4.1.

"Document loading failed

Failed to load Nextcloud Office - please try again later"

Now it works again. Nightly update was successful, NC AOI v9.4.1 did not change.
