Yes, I’m also unable to reach it.
It’s more than just docs. though as even /updater/ isn’t loading. Connections are timing out.
For a self hosted application it doesn’t cope well when *.nextcloud.com is not reachable 
@JimmyKater looks like it may be related. Bad timing as we are evaluating NextCloud. Am curious to see what the response time for rectification and explanation will be.
Now it’s very slow but responding
