Nextcloud was working in docker ok. I had to move servers. Moved the files over.
When connecting it provides the following error:
Setting locale to en_US.UTF-8/fr_FR.UTF-8/es_ES.UTF-8/de_DE.UTF-8/ru_RU.UTF-8/pt_BR.UTF-8/it_IT.UTF-8/ja_JP.UTF-8/zh_CN.UTF-8 failed Please install one of these locales on your system and restart your webserver.
Looking at the logs in the container I see:

So Iām wondering if maybe the permissions on the bind folders mapped to /var/www/html are different. But any other ideas would be appreciated.
