docker AIO oder manual installation

Ich bin mir unsicher ob ich mit dem AIO Image starten soll fuer eine Instanz von momentan 10 Leuten. Es ist aber geplant, dass die Instanz oder besser die Useranzahl stark wachsen soll. Ich habe mich gefragt, fuer wie viel Personen die AIO Installation gedacht ist? Und ob es nicht besser waere, aufgrund von Skalierbarkeit, gleich die manuelle Installation zu nehmen.

Was sind eure Erfahrungswerte hier?

Andere Frage waere die Migration von AIO zu einer manuellen Installation. Gibt es hierfuer beschriebene Migrationspfade?

die Grenze ist bei ca. 100 Benutzern:

hier sind nur die Hardwareressourcen wichtig, die Benutzeranzahl spielt gar keine Rolle.
