i would like to know, if it is possible to remove the popup which appears in the web application when entering a card name:

Looks like those suggestions are provided native by your browser. I agree that they are probably not that useful for new card titles.
However, this is just a support forum, so i suggest that you open a new issue at GitHub where the actual development happens.
