The issue you are facing:
Users who get a share from email has the ability to request a new password. Why is this a thing?
It does not even work and the logs does not even report anything about a password reset.
Steps to replicate it:
- Share anything with an external users email address
- Open the shared link and you can click “Request password”
How do you disable this?
Surely, it is bad design as well? The “Request password” box seems to be the “submit” box and end users must surely click that instead of the right pointing Arrow, since most users do not use the “Enter” button.
