where and how can I disable the notification window that pops up when surfing to installed nextcloud? That “automatic” question to install the nextcloud app.

Disable the “First run wizard” app. Or just dismiss it once, by pressing the X in the top right corner.

I just need it not to appear for other visitors. But thanks, wizard app disable should do it.
