The issue you are facing:

I’m new here and just started using Nextcloud, so I’m sorry if got something wrong or haven’t seen the solution yet.

I’m using NextCloud on my Pixel 3a (Android 11) and I want to disable auto-uploads for the NC-App. Not just notifications, I just want it stop uploading any file from Google Photos. How does this work?

I found an “auto-upload” option in settings, but “configuring options for new folder” won’t save. Further I can’t delete the photos it already uploaded which is upsetting to. Thanks in advance!

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Yes

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Take a picture that will be safed in Google Photos (Android 11)
  2. Go to the NC-App, to “Auto-Upload” Section
  3. Realise it has automatically uploaded the picture (again).
