Direct opening of shared links?

Hey everyone,

just wondering if it is possible to access a shared link (e. g. a simple archive) in another way - instead of being redirected to the webpage with the need to click on “download” I’d like to know if it is possible to achieve the download directly? Is there any option for that?

Yes, add this string after the “SHFAsqhazeos485” part of the sharded link :
“/download”

When you will click on it, it will download the file(s) directly.
https://mynextcloud.example.com/s/SHFAsqhazeos485/download

Thanks for the hint! Can I accomplish this by default, so that the user doesn’t need to remember this?

I think not because it is normally not wanted.

But look perhaps the app “Sharing path”.
