Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps):

The issue you are facing:
I changed logo and background color with theming app. this is just working fine, but when opening login page with IE 11 or chrome (newest), the logo is just fine.
browsing with Firefox (newest) or Safari (testet on mobile) the logo is not shown.
any Ideas?

thx for remembering this, but actually I gave this a try :wink:

also resettet browser totally and disabled stuff like ADblocker.

Same here on one of my instances. Nothing helped (clear cache, restart) until I deleted the logo in the Theming app and re-uploaded it.

@yaya The subject should be worded better and “theming” would be a suitable tag. That helps beginners to find these thread. :wink:
