Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can

Nextcloud version 13.0.6:
Operating system and version _desktop:pureOS (SMP Debian 4.17.17-1), Server: ubuntu 16.04.5 _:
Apache or nginx version Apache 2.4.18:
PHP version 7.1.20-1:

The issue you are facing:
When trying to sync files with the nextcloud client on my laptop I get a server unavailable error in the nextcloud client, the weblogs read: Sabre\DAV\Exception\ServiceUnavailable: Could not open the file. However, on my phone, the client works fine. Both are using app-specific passwords even though I don’t have 2fa.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? Y: I have used nextcloud clients on other laptops with success.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. install nextcloud server and client as normal
  2. attempt to sync files from desktop

same here. Anything changed. webgui works fine, desktop clients show error and does not sync. On all systems. Php 7.2, 18.04 ubuntu. 13.0.6. If I restore a checkpoint with 13.0.5 its fine again. Anything required in the reverse proxy config?
