Reinstalled windows 21H2 ltsc on my laptop, before it was 1809 ltsc, and I see this situation
Before installing updates through the “Windows Update” nextcloud starts and work normally, but after the update center downloads and applies everything nextcloud stops starting. No errors, nothing, it just won’t start.
Tried installing on Home edition - same thing.
What can it be?

The reason was Intel® Graphics Drivers downloaded automatically by windows 10, version 20.*. Uninstalled the old one, put the new version 30. and everything worked.
