Desktop client replaces new local files with old ones from server

Hi,

the desktop client replaces new local files with old ones from server, typically R, Python, or LaTeX files. Old means really old, recently a file edited some days ago was replaced by a version from November last year!

This happens frequently while I’m editing the file. So, with Emacs in auto-revert mode, edits of a whole day can vanish.

Is there something I can do about it?

Win10, Nextcloud client 3.0.1
The server is run by my university, can’t find a version

Same Problem here.
Since we updated to NC desktop client 3.0.1 the client marks the local file as conflicted but downloads old file Versions from the Server
