Desktop client not sync kaspersky encrypted files

Hi,

we use nextcloud client ver 2.3.1 on windows 7 pro x64 and set to sync the folder My Documents with Nextcloud server 11.0.2. Also on windwos 7 we have install Kaspersky end point security and we have enable 3nd party (aes256 encryption) encryption also on the folder My Documents. The problem is that the encrypted files in folder My Documents not sync with the nextcloud server with “Unknown error” message.
Is possilble to sync encrypted files and how?

In the settings, you have an option to ignore certain file extensions. Does kaspersky add a different extension? In doubt check the logging window for messages (open it with F11).
