Desktop Client file info change due to file modifications in Windows Explorer

I have Desktop Client 3.7.4 (Windows) and Server 23.0.4

I came across this POST:

My client-side solution using Windows PowerShell here (including working on sub-directories, exception management and textual feedback). I believe it is the same issue. I’m not a programmer, but unless fixed in the Client with an update to 3.7.4 It looks like I need to go back prior to 3.4.0 ???

So, via Explorer, if I edit a ZIP file to modify the contents of the ZIP, the ZIP file loses it’s timestamp credentials. As a result, the sync back to the server fails.

We have other users and I haven’t been able to exact how others run into the problem of having the timestamp disappear.
