Desktop app supposedly synced everything but it didn't (win11)

Good morning from Germany,

i did the Update on 3.15.0 at the morning of the 25.11.2024. Since the update i have the same problem. I use windows 11 and the nexcloud desctop app.

If i click on synchronisation, it is starting to seach all data which isn´t allready at the newest level. BUT before it starts really to sychronice, it switches very fast to: “Everything sychroniced!” Not only one kB ist getting into the sychronisation.

Please help me with my topic! Thank´s a lot an have a nice to time.

Hi, I use the NextCloud client on a MacOS X Ventura with virtual file synchronization. It has worked well so far. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client during the last update 3.15.0. Now I see the correct folder structure, but when I click on the folders, they are empty and I can’t see or open a single file inside the folders. However, I can see when the folder was last edited.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client several times since then, but nothing changes. The settings show that everything is synchronized.
Unfortunately, I can hardly work in the web version and am very dependent on the client. I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much!

For the moment, I didn’t find any references for this problem. Just one with a different version and different problem and on Linux, but it might give you an idea, how to further debug this problem (which logs to check):
