Desktop App not starting on Mac after update to Sequoia

After updating my Intel MacBook to Sequoia the Nextcloud desktop app does not start anymore. Neither manually from Launchpad (“Programm kann nicht gestartet werden”) nor automatically on boot.

I can reinstall the Nextcloud desktop app (just did with the most recent version 3.15.2 and after that the app works fine.

Until I reboot the Mac. Then the app won’t start again until I reinstall it.

Any suggestions ? I supect some Mac settings but can’t figure out which.

I ran into exactly the same problem, I have a sequoia 15.1.1 system.
I solved the problem by installing an older version https://download.nextcloud.com/desktop/releases/Mac/Installer/Nextcloud-3.13.4-macOS-vfs.pkg

It’s a panacea for work, but at the same time it’s impossible to upgrade.
