The names of people that I shared a folder or file with them not showing in “Share Option” window. Desktop Client version 3.16.4
It seems that only the owner of the folder can see these options and not everyone that has permission to changes the shares.
Is there a option somewhere to allow this?
Check the general share setting under the admin settings on your server to find out what has been configured.

You can e.g. define who is allowed to share data, how the default share options look like or if shares can be forwarded etc.
Beside that, you can create team folders (aka. group folders) with advanced access/management possibilities. See here:
