Delete recovery key to set a new one

Hello,

I have server side encryption disabled and all users can access their files. No files are encrypted. So there are no problems. The thing is I guess I once set an recovery key and I forgot it. Now I want to disable the recovery key or at least set an new one. Can I somehow delete the old one. Hence no files are encrypted I actually don’t need the current recovery key so it would not matter if it’s lost for good.
But if I want to enable encryption in the future it would be nice to be able to set a recovery key before I do isn’t it?
