Default Encryption does not work in Team folders

Hi, I am using Default Encyption module for Server side Encryption with NC31.
And also, I uses Team Folders (Group Folder)

This encryption works with private folder, but it does not work with Team folders. The file in team folder is not encrypted at all.
And it seems this causes following error.

no app in context	
Exception
Inconsistent data, File unshared, but owner not found. Should not happen

Is this by the design, or is there any way to make this encryption work with team folders?

occ config:app:set groupfolders enable_encryption --value="true"

But, anyway, I gave up to use this encryption, because it sometimes fail file deletion, and it create a file which can not delete without using CLI.

This maybe caused by low performance shared web-server, but I decide not to use this encryption.
