Default app as a per user setting

Hi,

Could be a nice feature to do this on a ā€œper userā€ basis. Each user could then choose the page/app he wants to show just after login-in.

  • Set the default app to open on login.
    */
    ā€˜defaultappā€™ => ā€˜filesā€™,

But really not important, and only a little featureā€¦ for the 20th nextcloud version :sparkles:
